The location was great and the staff were kind! 19 miles to the airport. Brand-new, beautiful room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers and robes.

The hotel was wonderful, with brand-new and big rooms. The location of the property was marvellous, in the middle of jackson. We loved the breakfast.

Spacious rooms with modern design, including sofa, TV, kitchen, and dining table. Helpful and friendly staff took good care of us. Private beach, although with some stones and fishes. Well-maintained property with excellent pools. Assisted by Filiz in planning visits/tours, with a small commission charged.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel is located far from fashionable places and doesn't have a sidewalk, but it has a beautiful and clean pool and beach. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with exquisite interior design. Some of the staff, like Mertcan and Alihan, speak great English and provide excellent service. The spa, despite the negative review about the staff, offers amazing treatments.

The hotel staff, aside from a few exceptions, have poor English language skills and provide bad service.

Had a fantastic weekend away at a beautiful hotel. The architecture and outdoor spaces were exceptional and well designed. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. The pool and beach areas were lovely and perfect for relaxing. I enjoyed the gym and sauna facilities which were amazing. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to travel around and discover Bodrum. The staff was friendly, and their English has improved since last year.

The service in the restaurant could have been better. It took a while for our orders to arrive, and it was hard to get their attention at times.

We had a great Easter getaway at a lovely hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming- we received two complementary facts offered that were a nice touch. the location was perfect- close to the beach and local shops. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the area. the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained with plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas.

There were a few aspects that detracted from our overall experience. Communication was sometimes difficult due to language barriers with some of the staff members.

The hotel has great facilities, with a nice gym, sauna, and hamam. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds, which made my stay very pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and professional.

Luxury at its finest! From the exclusive amenities to the stunning Sun terrace, this hotel keeps true to its 5-star rating. The outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking and the Sauna and Spa centre was a true indulgence. The facial treatment room was a favourite and really delivered on its promises. The bar lounge area was the best place to unwind after a long day.

The restaurant's buffet breakfast was lacking in choice, but their in-room breakfast made up for it with delicious fresh juices and pastries. The Turkish bath experience was unexpected, with some of the facilities needing maintenance.
